Data analyses for linkage and association studies

For statistical analyses, we developed the software easyLINKAGE allowing straightforward linkage analyses by users without huge experiences in statistics such as postdocs and medical doctors. We also have developed AssociationDB, a database application providing tight integration of association results and genomic data.
